Job Details

We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a strong background in HubSpot to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth.  As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing campaigns to new prospects as well as our existing customer base.    

Our ideal candidate must be able to contribute directly while also working with a team of writers, designers and supporting resources.  This role requires interaction with our customers and a deep understanding of our buyer personas.  An awareness of business processes, a keen eye for design, and the ability to multi task are also critical success criteria for this position. 

Enthusiasm for growth and having a positive impact in marketing is one which is highly valued and rewarded within our company.  Not only do our positions allow for significant upward mobility, they provide our team members with the opportunity for exposure to areas of interest, a variety of different operational aspects of a software company and a direct working relationship with the Leadership Team.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The salary range is determined by expertise, experience and education.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 
  • A minimum of 2 year's experience as a Marketing Manager in a technology or software company. 
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's marketing automation and reporting capabilities.  
  • Demonstrated success in implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project simultaneously
