We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer with a strong technical background and experience in SharePoint. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our customers, and in ensuring that their product related inquiries and issues are resolved expeditiously and with a high level of satisfaction. Your communication skills and technical prowess are pivotal in building positive relationships with our customers and maintaining our reputation for operational excellence.

The base salary range for this position is $62,500 to $85,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The salary range is determined by expertise, experience and education.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar position within a technology or software company.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Strong communication, collaboration and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project simultaneously
