New Contracts 365 Customer Collaboration Sites
During onboarding, there’s a lot to coordinate—requirements, timeline, files, decisions, updates, and the inevitable “where is the latest version of that doc?” moment. But the collaboration doesn't stop there.
That’s why we build every customer a Contracts 365 Collaboration Site: a dedicated space for your project team and ours to stay aligned as we configure, customize, and continually enhance your Contracts 365 environment.
Now, your Collaboration Site is getting a refresh.
We’ve moved Collaboration Sites to a new SharePoint tenant and rolled out a new look and feel with updated graphics, simpler navigation, and cleaner entry points to make collaboration easier than ever.
What's inside, and what to expect.
Think of your Collaboration Site as your implementation “home base.” It’s where we keep the project organized so you don’t have to chase updates across threads, file shares, and meeting notes.
Your Collaboration Site can include:
- Project Updates & Notes so everyone sees the same status
- File Exchange for working docs, approvals, configuration references
- Process & Reference links implementation process, lifecycle guidance, help resources
- Quick Links to key environments and support
- Success Criteria to highlight the goals we’re working toward, and how we measure progress
Now, Success Criteria tie directly to ROCs.
Don’t forget, we’ve renamed our QBRs to reflect what matters most: your Return on Contracts 365 (ROC). These focused conversations center on how your investment is performing—and where we can take it next.
Each ROC session includes:
- Strengths & Opportunities – What’s working + what’s getting in the way
- Usage Trends – Adoption, efficiency patterns, and what they mean
- Opportunities to Increase ROI – Automation, optimization, and overlooked (or underutilized) features
- What’s Ahead – Roadmap and upcoming releases that matter to you
- Success Criteria – Revisiting the goals from implementation and setting new ones
