Contracts 365 Customer Success Journey is a carefully choreographed change-management process designed to ensure the long-term success of your new CLM software and workflows. It consists of three integrated phases, each with its own dedicated team.
Implementation
Includes the installation and configuration of the software, as well as user testing and training. Our award-winning implementation methodology, called IMPACT, is an artful combination of Scrum and Waterfall Methodologies. It’s designed to provide a streamlined approach to implementation while accounting for specific business requirements, feedback, testing, and training.
Alignment
Ensures that, once installed and configured, the Contract 365 application matches business requirements and workflows. This is a 90-day process that evolves from weekly to bi-weekly to monthly meetings designed to address issues, answer questions and provide support.
Support
Contracts 365 provides answers, technical help, ongoing check-ins, and formal business reviews across the life of a customer’s subscription with us. After the 90-day Alignment phase, customers transfer to the Contracts 365 Zen Desk support team—or you can choose Support XD for extended support from your Customer Success Manager.
